the book of red is personal journey
rendered through myth and archetype. It is part
fairytale, part reconstruction. Dark and light.
Erotic and unsettling. It asks: What is
transgression? What is dangerous? What is forbidden?
How does it corrupt us? Change us?
How do we move through it to emerge from the
other side intact? How can we re-work ourselves
again and again through books and stories? How do
they themselves serve as liminal spaces?<
